Benyawarath Nithithanatchinnapat is the Clinical Assistant Professor in Business Information Systems and Operation Management in the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte. Nithithanatchinnapat earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mahidol University in Thailand. She earned her master’s degree in Information Systems Management, an MBA in Finance from the University of Akron, Ohio, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Washington State University. Before starting her Ph.D. program at Washington State University, Nithithanatchinnapat was an IT professional working primarily as business analyst in retail banking operations and as a telecommunication junior consultant of the World Bank, Thailand. Her academic interests include data management and analytics, ICT and communities of practice, and STEM workforce.
